While I was in the Finance program at ODU I obtained a summer internship that allowed me the opportunity to travel near Chicago. The internship opportunity was with Harbor Group International a real estate firm that specializes in both residential and commercial properties. Harbor Group International has over 12.5 billion AUM. Assets spanning from 45,000 multifamily units to 5 million square feet in commercial property.
During my internship Old Dominion University allowed me to get University credit for the internship. The internship allowed me to gain 3 credits for a course called Finance & Real Estate Insurance also known as (FIN 368). The requirement to gain the credits was that I must write a 8-page paper detailing my internship experience.
Attached below is the full 8-page paper detailing in-depth my internship experience.
