Assistant Video Editor
I was an assistant video editor for a campus short film called “The Friend Zone” (I am even shown in the credits). The movie ended up winning an Amazon Prime Video Award in 2018, made the Cannes Film Festive selection in 2018, was featured on Virginia America, and even won a Jury Award.

Podcast Episode
This video podcast was for a podcast I had at the time. I used two professional-grade xrm microphones connected to a soundboard to get the audio. The audio was edited in Audacity after we recorded it. I edited the intro portion of the video in Adobe After Effects. I also used a green screen and overlayed images of what we were talking about. We filmed this in WODU which was a campus film room. The studio had LED lights that we positioned to get the greenscreen and us evenly lit.

Review Video
I recently bought a fitness band, that I really loved. It dawned on me that I should make a video reviewing the fitness band. I filmed the video on my Iphone and the audio in a lav mic. I also edited the audio in Audacity and the video in Final Cut Pro X. The intro portion of the video was also edited in Adobe After Effects. The video gained some popularity amassing over 2,000 video views and multiple comments.

Typography Promo Vid
I wanted to create a commercial style video that showcased my photography. In this video I tried mimicking Apples typography style videos. I edited this video almost entirely in Adobe After Effects. Almost all the pictures in this video were taken by me.

Morning Show Style Vid
My friend and I came up with an idea to start a morning show called AquaMorning. The first episode we thought it would be a good idea to do a game show. I edited sound effects, made sure the lighting was good (I used two 4 bulb soft box lights), and color corrected the video.
